Execute advanced manual and automated validation tests for high-speed optical transceivers and interconnect systems.
Collaborate closely with test developers to design, refine, and support new engineering test flows.
Support the creation and integration of production test flows for manufacturing lines, including company-developed tooling (test jigs, fixtures, adapters, and automation tools).
Set up and operate complex engineering environments, including optical benches, automated jigs, thermal systems, and custom hardware boards.
Hands-on experience with professional lab equipment such as VOA, Laser Sources, Optical Power Meters, Thermal Controllers, Debug Boards, and high-speed test interfaces.
Perform deep troubleshooting and issue isolation to ensure stable and accurate testing during development and qualification cycles.
